To all members of the Korean Canadian Athletic Association:

It is with true remorse and sadness to have to write such a message, but our very own Victor Seung passed away on Friday December 2nd, 2011.

As we have all experienced through our day to day interactions with Victor - he was truly a great man with a heart of no other. Victor truly believed in the KCAA and all that we stood for. He would always tell us that this organization was something special and that all of our kids one day would benefit from all of our hard work.

RIP 1978-2011
